Lap and Cap Fencing

What is lap and cap fencing?

This style of fence has two layers of palings overlapping each other and a piece of timber capping on top of the fence for an elegant finish. The pailings have a gap of 30 to 50 mm between each other.

Trendy style because the overlapping timber palings make the fence completely private, and the capping delivers an extra level of strength.

Why choose lap and cap fencing?

Lap and cap fences provide the perfect boundary fence if you are looking for privacy. The double layer of palings is also an excellent sound barrier, reducing traffic and neighbour noise.
